Mailbox Monday - Mar 18

Mailbox Monday is a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued. Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week. It now has a permanent home at the Mailbox Monday blog.

How does time pass so quickly? We are already back to Monday again. My week was filled with work, family, and other things. Sunday was a bit of a downer. You can read about it here if you like.

My mailbox held two exciting books for me.

Hopefully I'll have some time to craft that query letter and submit to some agents. I used to own the second edition of the resource below, but wanted to get a more recent version.

That's it for me. What did your mailbox look like?

    1. Thanks, Bermudaonion. All I have to do is submit it to people. I'm sure it will find a home eventually. Can't say I've had a ton of time, though.

  5. Hi Cheryl,

I know that when it comes to technical writing I should probably never judge a book by its cover, however the second book would have definitely grabbed my attention.

It would be interesting to know if I would have made the right decision if I had only been able to purchase one or the other!

I hope that you find both books helpful and get some great tips from them :)

    1. I like the cover on the new edition too, Yvonne. For this book, I think the newest edition is the best to have--though the cover on the older one is nice too.

      Thanks for visiting.
