Teaser Tuesdays - Feb 19th

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title and author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Colt sat down on a crate. With all his heart he longed to join them in the Christmas celebration, but the thought sent every warning bell in his head ringing with vigor.

  1. Mine is a Christian living book, with a bit of memoir thrown in. My blog is not just for Christian books, but for anything I'm reading.

  2. Interesting. I'd like to read more Christian books, do you know if there are any good "YA" Christian fiction novels out there? Also my mom depends on me to get her books so I'll be checking back with you for recommendations for her too!

    Thanks for the teaser!

    Mine is here:

  3. Thanks to both of you for stopping by. Allison, perhaps the most famous Christian YA series is The Chronicles of Narnia by C.W. Lewis. Author C.S. Lakin is a fan of the Narnia books, and has written a wonderful fantasy series that is similar. I only have the first two books, but there are several now in her Gates to Heaven Series.
